Found Pete by the luck of the draw. I got so lucky. I was doing an out of state buy and this guy patiently walked me hand and foot through this entire process with quick response and was extremely knowledgeable. Steve was great from day 1. We were not actively looking at the time but happened to come across a home that was prefect for us. Brad was very instrumental in us buying our condo in Clearwater. He accommodated us by doing a video tour of the property we ultimately purchased. He was very thorough in doing the video tour and took every opportunity to answer all our questions. The final walk through and closing went smoothly.
