Leann was amazing to work with, she took care of all of our needs and helped us get into our home so quick! She was a great resource helping us getting the right loan, insurance provider and inspector! She’s top-of-the line for sure - we highly recommend.

From the first phone call I had with Dina (which lasted over an hour), I knew that she was the right real estate agent for me! She asked all the right questions, listened to my wants/needs/desires, and came up with a number of possible properties. She then spent an entire weekend showing me the properties and helping me narrow down my search. I was very interested in one place, except it did not have a screened in area that I desired. So, she found an almost identical property, but with the screened in porch! It is now my new home! She helped me through the entire process of putting down a bid, going through the inspection, and all of the other hoops that I had to jump through right up to the closing. After the closing, she even came back to my new home and helped me unload my car. I was very fortunate to have Dina with me every step of the way.

Correy was great. She was recommended to me. she made it possible to purchase my house while deployed overseas. The deal almost fell through multiple times. She negotiated an excellent value for me and made it possible to keep me updated during the whole process, and made me understand how buying a house worked and what the steps were—recommended great locations and areas and the best place to look for a safe neighborhood. She gave me a list and always sent me listings of housing. Overall my experience with her was great didn’t have not one problem. She evening working with me being in an 8 hrs different time zone from Florida.

We worked very well with Carl Herndon and Liana Valencia. The communication with Carl during the home buying process was outstanding. He also was instrumental during the negotiation process by talking with the sellers agent. He really fixed a difficult situation and can be counted on to be one your side 100%. He also assisted with home owners insurance and flood insurance by providing good contacts. Carl has a very high degree of honesty and integrity. We would not hesitate to use his services again or to recommend him to friends interested in Florida real estate. It was a pleasure working with both Carl and Liana who made the home buying process less stressful from start to finish.

They were very professional and handled every step of the way. Which in this business is very refreshing considering how most people in this business and ANY business anymore it seems like no one really cares, But this group went far beyond my expectations.

Rick was great when selling our home. He made sure we were informed of showings and provided notes and information after each showing. He helped us evaluate multiple offers to ensure the deal would close in an a smooth and timely manner.

Stephen Brown helped me find and secure the house that I looked for months for. He went the extra mile in helping me every step of the way and he was always there with every update I could ask for and even if things didn’t look good he still wouldn’t pressure you into any decision. Stephen Brown is the kind of agent that I dreamed of finding and Stephen is a very good agent and man. I have nothing but love and respect for this man because he is so good and patience with his clients. If you are looking for a house then this is the man taht you need to talk to when you are serious. He is a very good agent and I will certainly recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy a house as well I will certainly use him again when I decide to buy another house for sure. Thank you Stephen Brown for helping me make my dreams of home ownership come true. I really appreciate you and I really respect you. If you need anything you know how and where to find me.
