Besides knowing the neighborhoods where we were looking, Kevin understood our needs and budget and stuck to showing houses which potentially could work for us. Throughout the process, Kevin was extremely prompt, professional and quick to respond to all of our questions. Once we found the right place, Kevin helped us find an inspector and negotiated tirelessly with the seller on our behalf. We ended up with a place we really like, at a fair price in a neighborhood where we feel right at home. Kevin made the entire experience easy, educational and (as scary as buying a house can be at this time) worry free. Dina was referred to my family through a realtor friend in Baltimore. We had decided to move to Florida to be with family and leave the Baltimore winters behind. We had a lot of concerns being able to find a house in this market that had our needs and wants, however Dina made the process so very easy, that we did everything virtually from Baltimore. This was the first time we have used a realtor to buy a property. Correy was a great help, she spent two entire days with us looking at houses all over the City. She is extremely knowledgeable on the locations and also homes in general.
