The thing I liked her, the most was her expertise in the South Tampa area. I am born and raised in south Tampa. So it was nice to see her experience of the area. She is also doing a great job helping us to sell my mom‘s house on Interbay Boulevard.

From her attention to detail, to her knowledge of the Greater Tampa Area, to her work effort and marketing skills, there is no better agent to use to sell a home. Sue held our hands every step of the way making the transaction easy for us. I highly recommend Sue when consider buying or purchasing a home.

From the time we were even considering listing the house, Rick and Terry listened to all of our concerns and needs and directly, completely and professionally responded with speed and efficiency. They have a team that addresses many issues that we did not even realize were needed. Even when they were on vacation and we had questions, they provided answers directly and via their staff using a dedicated text group chat created just for the sale of the house. We felt confident having Rick and Terry represent us in every aspect of the transaction from having open houses, to showing the house to dealing with the buyer. We were also building a new home, which was delayed, and they negotiated a post-occupancy closing which was a real life-saver to us to avoid having to move twice. Selling a house can be very frustrating at times frought with obstacles. When I was feeling discouraged, Rick and Terry were always there to clearly explain the situation and offer efficient solutions to whatever potential issue we were facing. They were able to clearly explain the issue. I was always treated professionally and with the utmost respect. No question was too small or too insignificant for them to answer. I cannot say enough good things about Rick and Terry. Before I worked with them I had heard of their excellent reputation. They exceeded even my high expectations of them. I highly recommend Rick Wood, PA for all of your real estate needs.

Our home went up for sale during the current interest rate hike. Rick and Terry, faced with this challenge did everything necessary to sell our home. They went far beyond our expectations to make the deal work- by getting creative financing for a new roof, by negotiating with the roofing company and by providing resources for other necessary improvements. In addition, they also worked with the Buyer ; to secure homeowners insurance quotes and come up with with other valuable information to get the deal done. We highly recommend them for their professionalism, their knowledge and their conscientiousness.

Rick clearly has excellent expertise in real estate and particularly has deep understanding of the specialized South Tampa market. He offered many weekend open houses, followed up on potential buyers, and communicated regularly with us. He was extremely helpful in his advice and generous in going the extra mile to ensure our home would sell despite the challenging times caused by increase in interest rates. He was reliable, professional and a kind person.

We purchased our home in Florida while we were living in Texas. The home was a new build. Carl would check on progress, take pictures and communicate with us.

Correy, went above and beyond to sell our home. It was a very challenging time to sell our home. However, we made the right choice in hiring Correy to be our realtor. She is an amazing problem solver and finds ways to help to get the job done right! She has no problem with a challenge and aims to please in ways most realtors would not.
