She asked all the right questions, listened to my wants/needs/desires, and came up with a number of possible properties. She then spent an entire weekend showing me the properties and helping me narrow down my search. I was very interested in one place, except it did not have a screened in area that I desired. So, she found an almost identical property, but with the screened in porch! It is now my new home! She helped me through the entire process of putting down a bid, going through the inspection, and all of the other hoops that I had to jump through right up to the closing. Correy was great. She was recommended to me. she made it possible to purchase my house while deployed overseas. The deal almost fell through multiple times. She negotiated an excellent value for me and made it possible to keep me updated during the whole process, and made me understand how buying a house worked and what the steps were—recommended great locations and areas and the best place to look for a safe neighborhood.
