From the time we were even considering listing the house, Rick and Terry listened to all of our concerns and needs and directly, completely and professionally responded with speed and efficiency. They have a team that addresses many issues that we did not even realize were needed. Even when they were on vacation and we had questions, they provided answers directly and via their staff using a dedicated text group chat created just for the sale of the house. We felt confident having Rick and Terry represent us in every aspect of the transaction from having open houses, to showing the house to dealing with the buyer. We were also building a new home, which was delayed, and they negotiated a post-occupancy closing which was a real life-saver to us to avoid having to move twice.
