Correy was a God-send for the sale of my house. She gave me great tips on what to do, what NOT to do, what is most appealing to buyers, what buyers look for, etc. With her experience of buying and selling homes, she led me to the correct asking price for my home which was more than I expected to even try for. She even got me MORE money 5 months later when she sold another home near mine. It prompted her look into HOA & CDD fees that I had paid and found that I had overpaid. She got those monies immediately refunded to me! Not too many people would have been that diligent! She was extremely helpful in the purchase of our new home as well. Her years of experience in not only real estate, but also in home building, helped us to look for & see things we would not have otherwise seen. She pointed out potential issues with homes we toured as well as the positives, making it a little easier to weigh pros & cons in making our home choice. This was my first time selling. Letesha was my realtor when I bought the house. I was so impressed with her and how she handled business that I didn’t hesitate for a second to ask for help when it came time to sell. Letesha made this very easy for me. She made sure to be at the house when someone needed to be there and I couldn’t make it, which ended up being every time. When we ran into “trouble” or setbacks, she doubled down on them and and made sure they were taken care of. We had some pushback when it came time to collect some of the clearance letters for the house. We called so many companies trying to find our fix. One company gave us some crazy, out of this world quote for crawlspace work. *Notice I say “we” and “us”….Letesha was there doing all I was doing AND MORE the whole way!* Letesha and her husband (who does a lot of different contract work) even went under my house and in the crawlspace to get a better understand of what we were up against. And it’s a good thing they did, because they saved me $17,000+ and were able to get me the clearances we needed! Letesha is a true force! She will fight for your goals because they will become her own goals. I have seen her work on both sides now- buying and selling. I’ll never trust anyone else in the realty business as long as Letesha is still working.

Professional and knowledgeable on so many levels. If you are looking to Buy, Sell, Manage, or Rent you will be hard pressed to find someone as detail oriented and knowledgeable about the housing and rental market, construction detail, and lender options. We loved that she did not just present one viewpoint, but several. I felt I was receiving unbiased information and advice throughout. This not only made buying easier but it instilled a great deal of well placed confidence in our decision making process. She found us our dream home, negotiated a great contract and if that wasn't enough she quickly listed then got our townhouse rented in one month thereafter.

We're transitioning into a digital world in which there's more preference of buying everything online, including homes nowadays. This is due to the stigma of high-pressure sales.
