Dina Schwartz

From the first phone call I had with Dina (which lasted over an hour), I knew that she was the right real estate agent for me! She asked all the right questions, listened to my wants/needs/desires, and came up with a number of possible properties. She then spent an entire weekend showing me the properties and helping me narrow down my search. I was very interested in one place, except it did not have a screened in area that I desired. So, she found an almost identical property, but with the screened in porch! It is now my new home! She helped me through the entire process of putting down a bid, going through the inspection, and all of the other hoops that I had to jump through right up to the closing. After the closing, she even came back to my new home and helped me unload my car. I was very fortunate to have Dina with me every step of the way.

Dina was referred to my family through a realtor friend in Baltimore. We had decided to move to Florida to be with family and leave the Baltimore winters behind. We had a lot of concerns being able to find a house in this market that had our needs and wants, however Dina made the process so very easy, that we did everything virtually from Baltimore. Of course there were hiccups along the way, but Dina was super professional and patient, and guided us all the way to closing. We are loving our new house and our new lives in Florida!

From day one of meeting Dina, she has went above and beyond for my husband and I with finding a home. Working day and night to answer our questions and calls. Very much so that in those 8 months we have grown very fond of her. She is the best agent I’ve ever worked with.

We were out of state buyers and have to say Dina was absolutely exceptional. Dina made the home buying experience super easy and handled everything. We sent her to many showings before we found the perfect house and she was always pleasant and happy every time we spoke with her. I would chose Dina 10000 again if we ever decide to buy again.
