I was buying a house in the Kansas City area and I live now in New York. I needed someone who could step in and cover things that I as the buyer would have normally done. She was great. We also had to deal with more than one offer and her experience was critical to working through that process. After the closing, Donna also helped me locate contactors to do some repairs when I had to manage the process from New York.
