Valerie is the best at what she does! She's extremely personable. After the first home tour, she knew (even before I did) my preferences and said, "I think your looking for a townhome/duplex". Yet, she gave me the opportunity to view single family homes without question. She listened to the wants/needs I had..and to my revised wants/needs. Talk about patient, she answered the same questions again and again. Long story long, we offered on a duplex. Valerie continued to guide me through the closing process, ensuring I got a fair price for my home. I couldn't be happier ??
