Denise has been patient and so accommodating on our journey to find a historic home! We weren’t surprised by Denise’s integrity and professionalism, but it was so reassuring to have her knowledge and attention to detail every step of the way! Buying a historic home has a little different set of its own “quirky” details, and Denise was always advocating on our behalf, and reachable for conference calls or meetings whenever we needed her. We also found Denise’s referrals for contractors to be invaluable! We used several in preparation of the sale of our condo, and were pleased with their work, and would use them all again. Denise is the first realtor that I’ve ever worked with that attended our closing at the title company with us! We’ve enjoyed working with Denise so much and have felt her excitement and joy at helping to make our dream a reality! Valerie is the best at what she does! She's extremely personable. After the first home tour, she knew (even before I did) my preferences and said, "I think your looking for a townhome/duplex". Yet, she gave me the opportunity to view single family homes without question. She listened to the wants/needs I had..and to my revised wants/needs. Talk about patient, she answered the same questions again and again. Long story long, we offered on a duplex. Valerie continued to guide me through the closing process, ensuring I got a fair price for my home. I couldn't be happier ??

Dan proved to be an excellent Real Estate agent in the sale of my home fall '17. He was very detail oriented in researching comps, very responsive, easy to work with, represented my interests in the negotiations, provided great follow up, and went above and beyond in many ways. He is also very willing to share his wealth of knowledge about local contractors who are good and fair (if you have any 'fix-it/upgrade' needs). I highly recommend Donna whether you are selling or buying a house. Donna is very professional and knowledgeable about the current housing market. She was honest and frank about the conditions of the houses that were selling quickly in the Kansas City market, and our area in particular. Donna made informed suggestions regarding improvements to our house that would increase its value, almost all of which we did. Since we were out of town owners, she worked with us in finding skilled craftsmen to do the work at a reasonable price, which we very much appreciate. Once it was ready to put on the market, Donna had done a lot of research and set the asking price exactly where it should be, and we had a contract within 3 days. She was a strong and informed advocate for us, gave us helpful advice, and kept us informed throughout contractual negotiation, resolution and closing process. We are very grateful to Donna for going above and beyond what any other realtor that we have had in the past!
