Since we were out of town owners, she worked with us in finding skilled craftsmen to do the work at a reasonable price, which we very much appreciate. Once it was ready to put on the market, Donna had done a lot of research and set the asking price exactly where it should be, and we had a contract within 3 days. She was a strong and informed advocate for us, gave us helpful advice, and kept us informed throughout contractual negotiation, resolution and closing process.
