Dan proved to be an excellent Real Estate agent in the sale of my home fall '17. He was very detail oriented in researching comps, very responsive, easy to work with, represented my interests in the negotiations, provided great follow up, and went above and beyond in many ways. He is also very willing to share his wealth of knowledge about local contractors who are good and fair (if you have any 'fix-it/upgrade' needs).
