She was honest and frank about the conditions of the houses that were selling quickly in the Kansas City market, and our area in particular. Donna made informed suggestions regarding improvements to our house that would increase its value, almost all of which we did. Since we were out of town owners, she worked with us in finding skilled craftsmen to do the work at a reasonable price, which we very much appreciate. Once it was ready to put on the market, Donna had done a lot of research and set the asking price exactly where it should be, and we had a contract within 3 days. She was a strong and informed advocate for us, gave us helpful advice, and kept us informed throughout contractual negotiation, resolution and closing process.
