I dealt with Debbie and I did not like her negotiation skills. She wanted a quick sale and it made me feel really upset. She would not go back with what we thought was a fair counter offers. I never felt like she was on our team. She always sympathized with the other people. We were told, 'negotiate down close to them--you will just have to pay another month's rent' It just doesn't sit well with me. Our home was not worth a huge amount of money but definitely more than what we sold it for--they got a steal. I would look for someone else!

Rita White is an exceptional business woman who involves her heart in her work. She's a complete description of the term amicable. Her peaceful nature contradicts the harsh, overwhelming impact of a very difficult market and helps to appease the inevitable circumstances thereof. She was very patient with the tedious, time consuming, and eventful events that we encountered. Most importantly, Rita was accessible and great at following things through to the end; fascinating qualities to possess for her profession. I would recommend her in a heart beat!!!

Denise is a wonderful agent to have on your side. She has integrity, asks the right questions, gives helpful advice, works hard, goes the extra mile and is always looking out for your best interest. She will make sure to help you find exactly what you're looking for. Denise is personable, easy to talk to and always responds in a timely manner. We learned a lot through this process and she helped us find our first home. Denise was always ready to recommend people or companies when we had our inspection or when applying for a loan. We are so excited to move in and know that Denise will be someone that we can trust in the future, if/when we decide to sell.

We worked with Pam & Laura for quite a few months, many many things happened during that time and Pam & Laura were always there to guide us. We ran into MANY MANY issues and they handled each and every challenge with ease. They were always available when needed and had exemplary communication through out the many bumps in the road we experienced. I am so glad I worked with Pam & Laura on the sale of my home. Had it not been for their experience I do not think it would have been as great of an experience.
