Amazing realtor
Kristin was a huge help with the home buying process. We've worked with other realtors in the past but none were as helpful as she was. Even with the long journey we had in finding our first home Kristin stuck by us and helped us navigate such an intense market. She listened to what our wants were and put into perspective the realty of the process and what we could expect in this current market. If we ever end up buying another house we will definitely be using Kristin again.

Such a Pleasure to Work With
Donna was amazing to work with. She is knowledgeable and organized and truly enjoys serving her clients. During the time our property was for sale, Donna became more than an agent. Great Work Ethics and Professionalism

Eric went above and beyond to search with us, in the current sellers market, including scheduling showings for houses once they hit the market. Eric was making sure the house not only fit our needs, but at the right price, offering countless details for every house we saw, explaining every item on the sellers disclosures, reaching out to the sellers agents with our questions and much more! Eric was great to work with and very responsive on phone calls. He helped me with the purchase of a lot in Dunnellon Florida. I was very fortunate to find Eric as a result of my experience On Zillow. From the first visit I had decided to seek a second home in the safety harbor / Dunedin area. After several trips down I decided to wait a little longer before taking the plunge. What I can say is after being in touch with several realtors feeling things out Eric really seemed to understand my needs and was extremely knowledgeable of the area. His no pressure approach and ability to educate me on life as a Floridian was much appreciated. Being from NE pa things are a bit different on the real estate end and he easily explained things in laymen’s terms to make it an enjoyable exciting experience. Not only do I plan on using Eric in the future I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
