Kristin navigated us through the buying process from start to finish and paid close attention to the small details on the closing side. Kristin was a pleasure to work with and always upbeat and accommodating. Kristin earns extra points for being on top of the paperwork game as she found HOA, listing docs, survey, inspection, and appraisal documents of all the properties we were really interested in and had them to us in email before we ever asked! Kristin also helped in coordinating contracted repairs as part of closing, which is going above and beyond. Overall EXCELLENT experience and I would recommend her services to anyone in the Clearwater FL market!!!
