Absolutely Amazing Real Estate Agent! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my real estate agent! She was able to sell my house in a very short period of time, and she went above and beyond throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was how hard she worked to make sure I received the best possible outcome. I was told by other people that there was no way I would get any money back at closing and that I could potentially have to pay over $10,000 out of pocket. Somehow, she worked her magic and was able to get me money back instead! She was knowledgeable, determined, responsive, and truly looked out for my best interests. Selling a home can be incredibly stressful, but having someone who genuinely fights for you makes all the difference. Throughout the selling of my home, Eric kept in great communication with me. I especially appreciated detailed reports of open houses and interested prospects (and his follow ups with them), informing me of new comps in area (and their pricing changes). He put together a photoshoot and drone video of my property, and arranged for many things that needed completion as I had already relocated out of state.
