Kristin was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was great finding at multitude of homes within our price range in varying locations around Pinellas County. Eventually once we found one we fell in love with and she helped us put in two offers both on a very tight schedules working day and well into the night to help us through the process all the way to closing. She did such a great job connecting us to very reputable lenders and insurance agents who were all a pleasure to work with throughout the process. She was always available and incredibly responsive. I would urge, not just recommend, anyone to work with her for a home sale or purchase. She truly made the whole experience as stress-free as possible.
