I was very fortunate to find Eric as a result of my experience On Zillow. From the first visit I had decided to seek a second home in the safety harbor / Dunedin area. After several trips down I decided to wait a little longer before taking the plunge. What I can say is after being in touch with several realtors feeling things out Eric really seemed to understand my needs and was extremely knowledgeable of the area. His no pressure approach and ability to educate me on life as a Floridian was much appreciated.
