Great 1st time homebuying experience!
Deana made me feel exceptionally comfortable throughout the entire experience. She's on top of everything and is quick to respond to all questions. She went the extra mile finding out information regarding my HOA and was remarkably supportive throughout the process. 10 out of 10, 5 star, highly recommended and will absolutely be using Deana again in the future.

Eric was awesome. The property that I ended up purchasing was on the market for less than 4 hours. Without his attention to detail of the parameters of my search, my kids and I would still be in the market for the elusive “next door to a school” house. In this market, houses last a week at most. This house had an offer sight unseen. If not for his speediness to have me tour this house, it would be in someone else’s hands. Thanks Eric. My kids and I are so happy we had you as our realtor!

The first time we met Eric, we knew he was going to be a great asset to take us through our journey.
The first time we met Eric, we knew he was going to be a great asset to take us through our journey of finding the right home. He was polite, funny and most of all aggressive (in a good way) in that he would have our back and fight for whatever was needed to keep the process moving. He was ALWAYS available to speak with us. If I did have to leave a message, which was almost never, he returned my call immediately. He is knowledgeable and definitely knows his business. My questions were answered and the process was explained clearly. Fantastic gentleman who we will be using to sell our current house. I can't say enough good things about this guy! With him on your team, you will have the top shelf realtor at your service.

Eric is personable and very knowledgeable about the area. He is a nice person and tries hard. He showed us homes on the spur of the moment. We appreciated his willingness to meet on a Saturday and even take late-night calls.

Knowledgeable, assertive agent, and all around amazing person!
We met Kristin at an open house, when we just started browsing and getting to know what was available. She had amazing follow up and follow through skills, without being pushy, or “sales-y” This was part of our initial decision to take her on as our agent. As our buyer’s agent, she was available, attentive, and listened to what our desires were. Her showings were always non-judgemental, allowing for us to really find a place right for us. Her positive attitude, allowed us to see a lot of good opportunities. Once a decision to put offers in Kristin is assertive, and we always felt like she was on our side! She has a great network, yet still open to suggestions. We loved working with her for our real estate needs and are beyond excited to have gotten to know such a great person!!
