We met Eric about 3 years ago at an open house in the Palm Harbor, Florida area. At that time we were thinking about selling our condo that we owned in Palm Harbor and then buying a house. We told Eric it would be about 3 years before we were ready. He kept our information and he would send us emails off and on. This really expressed us so when it came time for us to sell we immediately called Eric. He was eager to meet with us and he was able to answer all our questions and help us come up with the right asking price. He had our condo professionally photographed and he held 2 open houses right after the listing. Our condo sold in 2 days for $10,000 over asking price. After the sell he kept in constant contact to keep as updated on what we needed to do. He was at our closing and we have still kept in contact. I would recommend Eric to everyone.
