Eric was amazing with assessing our home and getting us ready for the process of posting it on the market. He went into great detail in preparing us for and walking us through the process every step of the way. He accommodated our schedules and arranged for viewings on the days and times we requested. When it was time for us to get ready for the posting to go live, Eric brought a professional team in to take photos and videos of our home that turned out amazing capturing all the intricate details of our home and our neighborhood. Eric walked us through each step of the offer, acceptance, and closing process answering the many questions we asked along the way and consistently going above and beyond expectations coordinating with all the parties involved to ensure it was a smooth process. He had a very personal nature and checked in on us throughout the prep and move process to make sure we were doing ok and did not need anything.
