Where to start? 5 stars in many categories! I was PCS-ing to St Pete coming from Charleston and I knew very little about the area or market. Kim set me up with the stella-matrix site to pick out some homes and we drove around to each place I was interested in. So much learning took place along ride and then I finally saw this amazing home. I definitely believe it's a good start into home ownership to gain much needed experience. Kim is one of the best!

Nona is professional, personable, dedicated, and works diligently to help her customers find a home, not just a house. She does not pressure people to buy something they do not want. She is knowledgeable about the different areas and what each has to offer. She knows what items to be concerned with, as far as damage or age of homes, market value, resale value, and has wonderful people in mortgage and insurance to help along the way. Nona is wonderful to work with and she will do everything she can to be helpful, friendly, and supportive.

Eric was amazing with assessing our home and getting us ready for the process of posting it on the market. He went into great detail in preparing us for and walking us through the process every step of the way. He accommodated our schedules and arranged for viewings on the days and times we requested. When it was time for us to get ready for the posting to go live, Eric brought a professional team in to take photos and videos of our home that turned out amazing capturing all the intricate details of our home and our neighborhood. Eric walked us through each step of the offer, acceptance, and closing process answering the many questions we asked along the way and consistently going above and beyond expectations coordinating with all the parties involved to ensure it was a smooth process. He had a very personal nature and checked in on us throughout the prep and move process to make sure we were doing ok and did not need anything. He provided referrals and recommendations for companies and services he personally worked with to help when we needed it.
