Kristin was amazing! When I started the home buying process, I visited open houses and met Kristin. She instantly stood apart from all others. She was friendly and engaging. I felt like I was talking to a friend. 15 mins of conversation after the walkthrough was all there was. I was working with a different realtor and was trying to figure out what my family needed. That very same evening, Kristin sent an email containing the very same homes I had saved from search’s! What? She really listened!. It was clear with email #1, Kristin cared and was driven as much as we were to find a home. She is such an honest and sincere person. Shes driven and focused, she really took the guess work out of the process. Within 3 days, we were under contract. I know for a fact, without her, we would still be looking.
