Kristin was amazing! When I started the home buying process, I visited open houses and met Kristin. She instantly stood apart from all others. She was friendly and engaging. I felt like I was talking to a friend. 15 mins of conversation after the walkthrough was all there was. I was working with a different realtor and was trying to figure out what my family needed. That very same evening, Kristin sent an email containing the very same homes I had saved from search’s! What? She really listened!. From a 15 min conversation, Kristin knew exactly what I was looking for. The realtor I had, whom I spoken with many times for 3 weeks, had not sent a single listing or suggestion! In fact he was a no show for that very day! It was already a trend and had stood me up for several showings. It was an easy decision to call Kristin, being that she already grasped what I was looking for. I called 11 pm at night on a Saturday night expecting to get a voice mail but she personally answered. I was frantic and terrified we would lose a hone we had to see on our own and didn’t know what the next steps were. Where to start? 5 stars in many categories! I was PCS-ing to St Pete coming from Charleston and I knew very little about the area or market. Kim set me up with the stella-matrix site to pick out some homes and we drove around to each place I was interested in. So much learning took place along ride and then I finally saw this amazing home. I definitely believe it's a good start into home ownership to gain much needed experience. Kim is one of the best!

Nona is professional, personable, dedicated, and works diligently to help her customers find a home, not just a house. She does not pressure people to buy something they do not want. She is knowledgeable about the different areas and what each has to offer.
