I realize that all of the ratings are five star and he really deserves them. He gives service beyond what you would expect and he does everything possible to guide you and service your home selling needs. I have used other agents to buy and sell property and Eric is head and shoulders above them. If you want to sell property, Eric is the place to start.

Eric, from the first moment, was immediately engaging & said he wanted to compete for my business - he wasn't kidding. His commission rates are extraordinarily competitive & he works with you on every aspect in the sale or purchase of your home. After speaking with him, I looked at his online reviews. I could not find one bad or even semi-bad review. Impressive, I thought. I talked with other realtors but I kept coming back to Eric. He impressed me, he's energetic, respectful, an extrovert that is extremely personable, he's sincere & has proved to be honest. He has experience & proves it the moment he takes over & becomes a team member for you, the seller (in my case). I grew up as a military brat & so did he - that sealed the deal! In my mind, I had a figure of what I thought we could sell our condo for. Eric on the other hand after doing research had an entirely different philosophy & a number in mind for the sale. We met Eric through a reference and immediately liked that he was so personable, knowledgeable and motivated to get us the best price we could. We had interviewed another realtor, and it just seems like they wanted a quick sale at a low price. Eric is the opposite, and in the long run, Eric got us over $30k more for our home than the previous realtor quoted. He is patient and communicative, and responds rapidly to any an all emails and phone calls. We are moving out of state, but I have many contacts in Florida that I will recommend Eric to for any home buying or selling needs. He truly works for your benefit and not for his commission.
