We enjoyed his sense of humor and enthusiasm and felt like we really got to know each other during aalllllll those house stops. At the same time he was very much NOT all over us or pushy or intrusive, EVER. He was there to offer his opinion and expertise when asked and point out important things about homes we wouldn't have noticed, but he gave us the space to explore and didn't give us "tours" (yay). He says he's available 24-7 and although I never would have called at 3am, I actually think he would have responded, haha. He really IS that good at communicating! Kim was excellent before we even chose her as our agent. Never pushy but little check ins as we got closer to choosing an agent made us feel very confident in our choice. Buying a home in this market especially from out of state when truthfully we did not want to be moving was so stressful but Kim was very reassuring and honest about what to expect. We had some huge hiccups on closing day (not her fault at all!) stemming from laziness and poor work by our home builder and Kim was amazing! At one point she was literally picking up trash left behind from the builders in the sweltering heat. I can honestly admit I was NOT the easiest client to work with but she never made me feel like I was being difficult. Super supportive and helpful! We were able to get a finished new build under contract with no competing offers and for a price we felt was fair versus overpaying in an inflated market. Would definitely recommend Kim!
