Buying a house can be exciting but very stressful, especially in a very competitive market. That is why we feel that we were blessed to work with Eric. Honestly we have worked with people in many industries through our personal life and our business, and I can genuinely say that Eric is a rare find. When working with him you are not just another client, he treats you as if you were family and truly cares about helping you find exactly what you want while looking out for your best interest. In fact, many times as we were looking at houses he was was the one that would point to details that we missed that could have given us problems long term if we bought the house. So, in other words he is not just brushing over things to get you to buy the house, he wants you to make decisions based on all the available information so that you don’t make a mistake. At the same time the level of responsiveness from Eric is unbelievable. In fact, he was always available to answer any question or to jump and see a property that was just listed, unlike others that may take hours or days to get back to you, which can make the difference between you actually putting an offer in on time in this crazy market. I think that if I would have called at midnight with a question he would have answered it (not that I would have done that). He also has a great personality and makes the process a fun. He is the type of person that you just want to spend time with. After the closing we jokingly told him that we should buy another house soon since we enjoyed the process. When purchasing a home, the goal is for it to be enjoyable (despite quite a bit of stress), so we were so grateful to have found Eric! We enjoyed his sense of humor and enthusiasm and felt like we really got to know each other during aalllllll those house stops. At the same time he was very much NOT all over us or pushy or intrusive, EVER. He was there to offer his opinion and expertise when asked and point out important things about homes we wouldn't have noticed, but he gave us the space to explore and didn't give us "tours" (yay). He says he's available 24-7 and although I never would have called at 3am, I actually think he would have responded, haha. He really IS that good at communicating!
