Initially, my husband and I thought that we would sell our home 'by owner', but thank goodness Eric contacted us about representing us for the sale and without any pressure convinced us with his knowledge of the market that we would be much better served by utilizing his services. He was always there for us, promptly answering our many calls, guided us through the many steps of preparing our home for sale, and personally conducted our open houses. Once we received offers to buy our home, Eric assisted with the many details pertaining to reaching a successful closing. His patience with us, his expertise and knowledge of our situation was immense! I shutter to think of handling the sale of our home and purchasing our new home without Eric's assistance! When purchasing a home, the goal is for it to be enjoyable (despite quite a bit of stress), so we were so grateful to have found Eric! We enjoyed his sense of humor and enthusiasm and felt like we really got to know each other during aalllllll those house stops. At the same time he was very much NOT all over us or pushy or intrusive, EVER. He was there to offer his opinion and expertise when asked and point out important things about homes we wouldn't have noticed, but he gave us the space to explore and didn't give us "tours" (yay). He says he's available 24-7 and although I never would have called at 3am, I actually think he would have responded, haha. He really IS that good at communicating! If you're looking for an on-the-ball, high-energy, high-vibe, sarcastic/funny, genuinely kind and helpful realtor to partner with you on your home purchase (or sale), you've found your guy.
