Given the time frame, first meeting on Monday, open house 12 days later, offer on the following Monday. Closing 16 days later. It all came together without too much drama. The drama all came from the buyers side of the contract negotiations and inspection. Price was just slightly below my expectations, but considering the time frame we were working towards, very acceptable.
