As a business consultant in the building industry of all things, LOL it became very clear to me Immediately that in Florida to best serve the client a Realtor should become very Familiar with the building process or lack there of in some cases. She is very aware of that, and will continue to expand her already good knowledge of it. I know from personal experience that to think I know enough, I stop learning. She knows better. She’s a good realtor now, with time she will just get better.
