If I could give Eric Jenkins 10 stars, that still wouldn't be enough. He surpassed any and all expectations and hopes I had for selling my rental house. From the beginning to the end, he shared his enthusiasm and interest in getting the maximum price for the property. He went up and beyond in his efforts, using very large and readable signs (with little spotlights after dark), two signs in front and one in the alley, and even leaf-blew the yard! He made sure that there was a supply of flyers on the posts as well, which kept disappearing every few days. His eye-catching signs were professional and very obvious for anyone driving or walking by. As a result, I had a buyer in the first two days of listing. He was careful about monitoring who viewed the property, and made sure things were secure when other realtors brought their clients. Eric is a great communicator (both with me and the buyer's realtor) and let me know every step of the way what was happening. He sent me forms to sign online, which made it so easy and hassle free. I felt I had not just a realtor, but a friend and protector through the whole process, and I was worry free as a result. It all went very smoothly, and I got the maximum price for the house. Other realtors I spoke to prior to meeting Eric suggested a much lower starting price. I have no doubt that Eric was the reason I was able to get about $40,000 more than what the other realtors were suggesting. I wish I had more houses to sell so Eric could work his magic on them as well. I think his enthusiasm, support, caring, knowledge and insight is just about unmatched. He always calls and returns calls, at all hours as needed. No detail is too small for him to help with. You will do yourself a great service by seriously considering him for your home purchase or sale.
