Sounds like the words to a country song!! I met Judi when she brought me a buyer on a house I listed myself a few years ago. Since then, she crosses my path with her ubiquitous listing signs that I see in my neighborhood. I called her for the heck of it on the spur of the moment when I was thinking about selling my little rental home and she and Jakea jumped right on it and brought me a buyer before I even decided to sell. After that, I decided to list my personal residence with them, even though I was considering selling it myself. Again, their quick, professional attitude outshined anything I could’ve done on my own. Is using an agent really worth it? Take it from this retired real estate agent who could’ve done all the work herself, it pays to use someone who has the knowledge and experience in your home’s location. I couldn’t have gotten my sales price without Judi and her team.

Judi went the distance and then some to sell our property. She monitored all aspects of the sale to its conclusion. She helped with not only the sale, but also any repairs and coordinating any people needed to come to the house for appraisals, inspections, repairs. She was always available to handle any aspect of the sale. She had contacts for improvements, banking, etc. She did a great job setting up and getting the photos and advertising accomplished. She left no stone unturned as we went thru the process.
