Nona was wonderful! She was on time for appointments and very flexible to meet my scheduling needs. She answered all of my questions and helped me feel confident in my decisions without pushing me one way or the other. She gave great advice without being pushy! First off, I'm a business owner myself and know how important it is to answer all business phone calls and emails in a timely manner. That's just giving great customer service. It's a great quality that seems to be harder to find in business these days but not with Kim Wilder. She was very receptive to all forms of my communications and was very responsive. She took a personal interest to make sure everything was moving through the process and being done correctly. If they weren't, she would step in to get the parties realigned and moving forward. She's a fantastic realtor and I highly recommend her to anyone needing to buy or sell their home.

Each of the transactions had unique problems. My wife was responsible for the sale of her Mom and Dads condo, which Eric handled. Her parents being in their late 80's were not always cooperative and they tested everyone's patients. Eric could not have handled it better. Eric, with no gain for himself, assisted us and our daughter find and get through the home buying process for a house in Jacksonville. We had numerous questions on this transaction he was able to put to rest. In the recent purchase of a condo Eric got us through bad communication between the Condo Association and the Management group. His advice on repairs prior to the sale of our rental property made it sell quickly at premium price. I recommend him to friend and neighbors because he is knowledgeable, thorough and patient.
