Each of the transactions had unique problems. My wife was responsible for the sale of her Mom and Dads condo, which Eric handled. Her parents being in their late 80's were not always cooperative and they tested everyone's patients. Eric could not have handled it better. Eric, with no gain for himself, assisted us and our daughter find and get through the home buying process for a house in Jacksonville. We had numerous questions on this transaction he was able to put to rest. In the recent purchase of a condo Eric got us through bad communication between the Condo Association and the Management group.
