To say that she goes above and beyond is an understatement! She went to viewings that I could not attend due to me working nights and gave her professional and truly honest opinion on pros and cons of the properties. She always went the extra mile and worked with my schedule being available any day of the week and of any reasonable late times. She has given nothing but help the entire time and was not all about just closing asap on anything. She still helps me get along knowing I am a first time home buyer and happily answers and questions post sale and pointing me in the right direction. She sat with me during the signing of the title and closing paperwork, which the guy at the title company said it is not often that a realtor will stay during this process and things like that is what I mean. We spoke about it the night before and she stayed there and represented me and my best interests and to help understand and be moral support all at the same time, when many others wouldn't. I am telling you, Melanie is the 100% the one you want to go with. She is more of a friend then a realtor. I had a million questions all throughout (some even repeated because this is all new to me) and she was so patient and kind the entire time. To say that she has your personalized and best interests in mind would also be an understatement. You simply cannot go wrong with her, I promise you. Thank you a million, Melanie!
