We met Kristin by chance at an open house on a preliminary visit to Tampa area in July of '21. Received a nice thank you and she stayed in touch. Moved here in October '21 and she patiently waited for us until we were ready to start looking in February ' 22. She was accommodating, pleasant and professional. Lined up our viewings, offered advice and aligned us with professionals for other services as-needed. Wasn't my first home, but was first purchase for my wife. She helped us through the whole process and was very good at following up with us. Her guidance and patience and professionalism was wonderful.

If we could give Bryan more than five stars, we would. We were relocating from Massachusetts to Tampa in the upcoming months when we met Bryan at an open house.
