WORLD CLASS - hands down the absolute best. Trisha and her team are phenomenal. My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Trisha and her team twice now. First in 2014 when we purchased our first home in GA from Hawaii and then again in 2020 when we had to sell it to move on to our next duty station. I cannot express enough how amazing her and her team are. From start to finish they are there with you every step of the way, from the first initial meeting to closing day. They take great pride in their work and it shows. Buying and or selling your home can be incredibly stressful - especially if you are military and are on orders. Trisha and her team made it the complete opposite for us. I cannot recommend them enough.

Lorena is the BEST realtor we could have hoped to meet. Her knowledge of the area, understanding of market conditions, integrity, and her eagerness to provide friendly top-quality service make Lorena Best the award-winning realtor that she is. Lorena guided us from the start of our search for an investment property all the way through and beyond our closing. Much of the process after our initial visit to HHI was done over the phone and via face-time as we are in Virginia. Lorena willingly and patiently did video walk-throughs of properties we were considering. She answered all of our calls promptly and was able to provide answers to or find out about anything and everything we asked. She checked in with us often to provide updates or just to ask how she could help. When it came time to make an offer she successfully negotiated on our behalf. Lorena’s connections to resources in the community are useful, for example the mortgage lender she recommended was also wonderful to work with. Lorena gave us the BEST buyer experience and we will continue to recommend her services to other buyers and sellers.

This is my third real estate transaction with Nick (two sales, one purchase) and I could not be more pleased and satisfied with his service and performance. Nick was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the recent process of selling my house, from advising me on effective upgrades, repairs and improvements, staging suggestions, pricing and marketing strategy to the final contract negotiations. In the end I got a significantly higher selling price than I had hoped for thanks to Nick’s efforts. We feel SO fortunate to have worked with Jenny when finding our home. She went beyond and above to understand our needs and wants, share important comparisons info about the area, and ultimately help us to find our dream home. She is so professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and really had our back in all phases of negotiations. They are very professional and everyone that works with you to get your home sold or to help to find your new home is so kind and caring. James Zarycki was my agent and he was wonderful! Trisha also reached out to me many times to offer assistance. You never feel alone with this team working on your behalf. I can't leave a review without mentioning Melanie. She is amazing! She helped with all the showings we had. She was always there to answer any questions(even on Saturday and Sunday and after hours). This team goes out of it's way to help. Don't go with anyone else!
