Nicholas was fantastic helping me with the sale of my home. It was completed very quickly. He aided me with any problems which arose. He arranged for a landscaper, dumpster, labor that I needed. He knows the market here and how to obtain help that might be neeeded to prepare a home for sale. Any questions that I had were addressed Immediately. I highly recommend him. Dacia Allen waited patiently for 2 years until we were ready to buy. She was professional and helpful during that time and as soon as I said “ I’m ready”, she immediately started looking for us. We were out of town buyers and in this crazy market, I knew that we would not have the time to come and see a home before it sold. I trusted Dacia 100%! She had the same sense of urgency that I had, made appointments as soon as homes listed, made the bidding process easy for me and did a wonderful job videotaping and giving her feedback so that I felt comfortable with what I was bidding on. She even used her knowledge of the island mixed with what I was looking for to steer me away from locations that I would not have been happy in. She did an excellent job and we now have the house of our dreams!

Working with Jenny was a fantastic experience. She is an expert in the Hilton Head marketplace and has an excellent understanding of the specific issues involved in purchasing a vacation rental property in this region. Even though I grew up vacationing on the island, I was not particulary familiar with the local developments and I eventually realized that I really didn't know enough to find the right place on my own. Jenny was able to effectively "read my mind" and identified a property that I probably never would have considered if I was just searching avaliable listings. I knew it was the perfect place as soon as I stepped in the door. She was able to successfully negotiate with the sellers and streamline the buying process at the peak of COVID crisis. I strongly believe that I got the best place under the best terms with Jenny at the helm. I cannot overstate my recommendation of her. Choosing her was by far the best decision I made.

She didn't waste our time with things that didn't meet our wants and needs.
