Dacia is both a neighbor and has become friend. I insisted there be an agent there for every showing, common in most upscale areas except Hilton Head and she was happy to do so. She is a hard worker, understands every client is different and has specific expectations and was knowledeable about the community. While this is a market where things sell quickly, I always felt she was on my side. Dacia will work very hard for you and I highly recommend her.

Dacia really went above and beyond helping find our investment property. We were looking at 4 properties and she was nice enough to Facetime us and walk us through one and made videos for the other 3. She was on point with all of the costs that would be needed to be covered during the process and made sure we were comfortable throughout. We will probably look at buying another property down the road and there will only one call to be made....Dacia Allen!!

I was a remote property owner. Dacia told me she would take care of everything! And DACIA DID. Dacia is more than awesome. She identified some problems, fixed them, went shopping and by the end of the afternoon, Dacia had my humble little abode looking like the Taj Mahal! She is amazing and the impact made with a touch her and a tweak there! My place was beautiful after Dacia helped stage it. And it sold in a very quick time. Dacia got everything done that was needed. She stayed on top of everything, and got it done much faster than expected. Highly recommend Dacia! She is the best!!!! Yes, I will absolutely use her again in the future!

We would recommend Dacia Allen to anyone looking to buy or sell on Hilton Head Island or in the area. She was fantastic, from beginning to end! We told her exactly what we did and did not want, and she did not waste our time with things that didn't meet our specifications. She kept her eye on upcoming listings and got in to see them immediately. We live out of town, so Dacia made incredibly detailed, narrated videos for us and found us exactly what we wanted. She was honest and trustworthy and clearly had a good working relationship with others in the area. This helped tremendously. She was with us every step of the way, responding to texts and emails promptly and making sure things went as smoothly as possible. We had a great experience!
