We're SO thankful we had Carol as our agent. She not only communicated constantly BUT she went above and beyond any other realtor we had used with other homes. She sold our $1,600,000 home in July 2026. A FEW of the things she did: -She was there for every showing to welcome the buyers agents and potential buyers. -She recommended contractors to paint, inspect spray foam, fix wood rot, electrical corrections and others. She also met each contractor at the house. -When the ac wasn't cooling she called our ac company and even met them at the house after hours. -Her marketing efforts were outstanding! From photos, drone pics and even ai mockup photos to the dedicated website. We were impressed. It was obvious that she really cared about each detail.
