Beginning to end, purchase to sale, a great experience and a credit to the profession
Our family sadly decided recently to part with our condominium on Hilton Head Island. The choice of realtor was an easy one. We contacted Dacia Allen, who was the realtor we worked with when we purchased the unit back in 2019. Our experience was exactly the same as a seller, as we experienced as a buyer. When we bought the unit, we had little experience in real estate purchasing beyond our primary home. We were also out of state which added some additional challenges. Dacia helped us navigate the buying process at that time, and made it an efficient process in spite of those challenges.
Our experience as sellers in 2024, mirrored our buying experience. Dacia set expectations for the sale prior to listing and explained the entire process (since we are still out of state and have equivalent inexperience in selling real estate as we did buying ;-) ). The selling process involved inspections, working with not only the buyer but our property management vendor, attorney and the regime office as well as the buyer's agent. All of her followup and communications resulted in a quick sale and closing while handling the usual unexpected thing or two along the way.
We've very much enjoyed our time visiting Hilton Head and especially have appreciated not only the transactional efforts of Dacia and the team, but the recommendations of things to do and places to go when we visit.
