I highly recommend Dacia as a buyer's agent! I actually worked with Dacia twice over a two year period, trying to buy the same condominium property. My offer was not accepted in the first transaction, but when the same unit went on the market again two years later, the first person I called was Dacia! She not only walked me through the process, gave me much needed guidance, and presented my offer in the best way possible in order for it to be accepted, but she still had all the notes from the previous transaction to help jog my memory of why I made certain decisions then vs. now with the second transaction. Dacia cares about her clients and she wanted me to be 100% happy with my choice! She also handled all of the due diligence, meeting with the appraiser and inspector as I was out of town while that was happening. Her service after the offer acceptance and even after closing was top notch, as she graciously answered a few post-closing questions for me. She also attended the closing, which is rare, in my experience. I could not thank her enough for all she did for me. I am also using Dacia and her team to sell a property, so be looking for a seller's review soon!
