Jenny Wells was our amazing agent who helped us find our condo just off Forest Beach. Then when we were ready to sell she had the bargaining skills to negotiate a 60 day close, allowing us to capture our summer rental revenue. Jenny also sold our home in 4 hours, for an ALL cash offer, OVER asking price. She also helped us get all the last minute items handled, that are involved in getting the sale over the finish line.
