Having owned on Hilton Head since 2013 we got to know the island well. Therefore, when we retired and moved here full time in 2020 we said that the one place we would move to if the right house became available was the quiet hamlet of Leamington. We started out talking with other agents, however eventually landed with Dacia Allen and her team because we felt comfortable with her no pressure approach. That decision proved to be a wise one as it took almost two years of Dacia patiently showing us properties before she found us our perfect home.
