Great Experience

Great Experience. Well organized. The sell went as plan. From initial meeting thru the end the experience was great. Even under COVID conditions they offered a full video photo experience to showcase the property online. For me Trisha team is the 1 team in the Highlands...

We received exceptional service from the day I walked into the "Tricia Cook Team" office until closing. Every team member was very impressive in their area. You could count on their response to be professional and timely. It was a masterful process all the way through! Their marketing was on point! In seven days our house had a contract! We could not have had a more seamless transaction!!! Jenny and Mickey Minick

Linda Palmer Representation

Linda provided excellent presentation of the house to include a limited, but appropriate, amount of staging staging in an otherwise vacant house. Brochure materials were excellent. She worked with other agents to ensure availability of the house for showings. Results and comments were passed back to me to see if and where improvements or changes could be made.

I was under contract to buy a home with the contingency of selling my home in Pooler when the contract fell through, almost causing me to lose the contract on my new home purchase. Trisha and the team really stepped up to find another buyer quickly, and helped me every step of the way through a difficult process. I can't thank them enough!!!!

We had heard from so many others that the Trisha Cook Team is THE way to go when buying or selling a home. When our family accepted a job change which required a move out of state, we made a call to a team member to get the ball rolling on selling our home. We were beyond pleased with the service we received from that initial phone call all the way through our closing! Each member of the team does their job with joy, excellence, and passion. My husband and I highly recommend the services of the Trisha Cook Team!

An ultimate professional that cares for every detail

My mother-in-law engaged Carol Rutgers to sell her house, but fell and moved to rehab, leaving my husband and me to handle the sale. Carol understood that funds were limited there was not the money for the renovations that the 20-year-old house could have used. She drove us towards making repairs, but not updates. Fogged windows and peeling wall paper had to be replaced, but updated kitchen counter tops could wait for new owners. Carol provided contacts for the work we did have completed and then she brought in staging items, took down some heavy dark drapes, and transformed a dark and dated house into a bright and comfortable home that we were impressed to see. She was a perfectionist, even waiting for a day when there was a beautiful blue sky to take the outdoor photos! Once we had an offer, Carol guided us through the negotiation process and then suggested inexpensive experts that actually responded to our calls, to address the inspection issues. When it was near closing, Carol helped us sell the contents of the house through a combination of personal sales, a consignment shop and an auctioneer. Everyone knows that selling a house is a huge strain, but selling someone else’s house, who is dependent on the profits to live, during a pandemic, was very stressful. I cannot say enough good things about how much we appreciated having a calm, experienced professional, like Carol Rutgers, guiding us through the process.

An ultimate professional that cares for every detail

My mother-in-law hired Carol Rutgers to sell her Sun City house, shortly after becoming a widow. Carol, a fellow Sun City resident, was patient and knowledgeable, and was always available to respond to questions. While getting ready to list the house for sale, my mother-in-law fell and needed to move to assisted living, leaving my husband and me to handle the sale. Carol understood that there was not the money for the major renovations that the 20-year-old house could have used. Carol was clear in driving us towards making repairs, but not indulging in renovations. Fogged windows and peeling wall paper had to be replaced for any buyers to consider the house, but updated kitchen counter tops could wait for new owners. Carol provided contacts to have the house thoroughly cleaned, inside and out, and then she brought in staging items, moved some of the existing furniture, and transformed a dark and dated house into a bright and comfortable home that we were impressed to see. It was clear that she was a perfectionist. She even waited for a day when there was a beautiful blue sky to take the outdoor photos! Shortly after the house was listed, COVID hit and there were very few buyers traveling to look at real estate. We were worried about buyers bringing the virus into the house, so Carol made sure everyone wore masks and gloves. Whenever there was a showing, Carol went to the house in advance, whether they were her customers or were using another agent, and turned on lights and blew leaves off the driveway. She periodically stopped by to water plants, flush toilets, and make sure everything was fine. She explained the need to periodically run plumbing to avoid gaskets drying out, causing unnecessary repairs. Once we had an offer, Carol guided us through the negotiation process and then had reasonably priced experts that we used to address the inspection issues. We learned that she always got the contact info for professionals that she saw working in t

Carol Rutgers: a caring professional who truly loves her job!

Carol prides herself on her availability to her clients and we experienced her dedication to her profession throughout our time as her clients. We met with Carol in October and discussed listing our home in January, after the holidays. Carol said that sometimes during the holidays, folks are visiting the areas and look at homes. We informed Carol we would not be showing our home when our family was in town and she understood. In mid-January, we began to actively show the property. But Unfortunately, the listing overlapped with COVID, and we were not only extremely cautious, but for months, we did not allow anyone in our home; Carol sincerely understood our concern and she took precautions. When we agreed to allow the showing...Carol accompanied the potential buyers and their agent: she insisted all wear a mask, gloves, booties and that only Carol touched surfaces with a gloved hand. This was important to us and Carol took the lead. She cared and respected our parameters. We were impressed with how she prepared for showings, whether for her own clients or another agent, she was always willing to attend and answer questions. We had heard how she watered plants for her other clients, blew leaves from driveways, and prepared the interior of homes — that is Carol! Her devotion is remarkable. Her knowledge of the market is unquestionable and the endless hours she spends to respond to any question her clients have or the buyers have, is over and above expectations. Before closing: she met the buyers at our house to measure (the agent was on vacation), she met the inspectors, she met the buyers for closing questions and again, for their final walk through. THIS is Carol! She goes above & beyond! Her upbeat personality and constant smile are an added bonus. We thank you, Carol: for your time, your effort, your patience during the most challenging times and your understanding of showings during COVID. Is was a unique experience for us, too!

Above and beyond!

Sheri helped me with a very challenging sale of a house that had been rented and needed a lot of cleaning and repair. I was in Massachusetts throughout the whole process and Sheri handled all the difficult issues necessary to get the house in shape to sell. She was extremely positive and focused on selling the property for the best possible price. I heartily recommend her without reservation!

I had the most amazing experience with the Trisha Cook team! Every member who I came into contact with was professional, courteous and simply a delight to work with. Erin Kitchings' photos and videos of my home made it look like a movie set!! Kaitlin's shots were just as awesome! No wonder the house sold after only two weeks on the market. I would recommend the Trisha Cook team to anyone selling or buying a home. Truly a top-notch group! Larry Moore
