Very Supportive, Informative and Hands on through the whole process
The Pepper Team helped us sell our house in Palmetto. You don't know how munch is involved with selling a house until you start down that path. Andrew and his excellent team were very supportive, informative and hands on through the whole process. Of course there are always curves and dips to navigate around. From the beginning of our search, Mike has gone above and beyond to make the home buying experience a breeze. My fiance and I are fortunate to have found such a devoted and professional realtor. Previous experience with a friend and neighbor became disastrous when we had to fire her for lack of performance. After Andrew had negotiated the contract on our new home we had definitely become friends, despite this, we decided to proceed with Andrew as our realtor for selling our current home! Andrew made the stressful purchase and sale of our homes bearable. We were particularly impressed by the way his team organized the listing of our home with some brilliant pictures in a matter of a few days. First time home buyers
My wife and I were moving from Pennsylvania to Florida because of a job transfer. The move had to be swift and Mike knew this. He guided us on areas that fit our wants and budget. He was always available and was full of knowledge. This was our first time purchasing a home, and Mike always took the time to teach us and walk us through the process. His customer service skills are amazing and his work ethic is like none other. We live out new home and we are grateful that we had Mike to help us find it. Highly recommend him as an agent!

Best experience ever
In my experience, Mike was very honest, informative, and very knowledgable about the market, and providing advice. Never did I feel pressured, or mislead when shopping or negotiating.
