After dealing with many incompetent realtors over the years I decided to give Diane a chance at selling our condominium. I was truly shocked that Diane was working for us and not just trying to sell a property. She was truly looking out for our best interest , which was definitely not the case in the last 2 properties I sold with other realtors. This tells me Diane is concerned with her reputation and a long term relationship not just a quick sale. Diane held her own with a difficult buyers agent that had been grabbing at straws. I cannot say enough about Mike! When I decided to sell my home I had a certain price in mind that I thought I would be lucky to get. Mike came in and gave us incredible advice on getting the home in Tip-Top shape ready to sell. He Recommended amazing people and coordinated everything from staging, to minor fix-ups. He even coordinated and referred a fantastic painter. When the home hit the market it was unrecognizable. His expert advice, and years of experienced were on Shining display as the home showed like a brand new model home. Within just a few days we had many offers all of them way above the number I originally hoped to get. In the end home sold for about 15% above the list price. And the list price was even higher than I was anticipating getting. After visiting with several of his clients at a client appreciation event he invited us to I heard his other clients sharing many similar stories and experiences. It sounds like everybody had fantastic experiences. Obviously not every home will sell for as high above asking price as ours. But it is a testament to his hard work and market knowledge thateveryonesaid he is the best agent they had ever met. On top of everything I just listed we truly were able to just sit back and relax. He took care of everything and made it such a smooth ride even when a few hiccups threatened to ruin the transaction. I would recommend Mike to anybody and everybody. Seriously don't bother interviewing other agents. you have found your real estate agent. His name is Mike Martino!
