Building good rapport is a skill I have been honing for a long time, ever since I made my first sale as a little girl peddling a box of American Seeds in Greenville, Alabama. I asked my parents for a cat, and instead of buying the kitten for me, they encouraged me to earn the money myself.
I did - I worked hard selling seeds, and I bought that kitten. And from a very early age, there’s been heart behind every sale I’ve made. Even though listing or purchasing a home is a much more involved process than selling seeds, I have 36 years of experience and the skills to help put my clients at ease.
I have always had an interest in sales and chose to mesh that with my desire to help others achieve the ‘American Dream’. Hence, my real estate career began in 1986.

Frances, was very professional and alot of fun to work with!! She was very responsive and always there when we needed her or had a question. From day one, she took care of everything!! She sold our house within a month. I highly recommend using Frances when you are ready to sell your home!

Frances Knox, above and beyond all others!
Frances took over a year with me. She guided me through waters unknown. She learned about me, my life, wants and dreams. Frances found properties that fit on paper but would go ahead of showing and tell me if it was a proper fit or not. When we looked at a property that had issues, she was the first to tell me if it was right or not......so much that when she found my home, I made an offer based on the video she made and her recommendation. Sight unseen, a decade later, I am still in love with my family's home and still seek her counsil with any real estate questions. I will be happy to have a conversation with anyone about Frances. She is the best and most reliable agent anyone could hope for.
