Frances took over a year with me. She guided me through waters unknown. She learned about me, my life, wants and dreams. Frances found properties that fit on paper but would go ahead of showing and tell me if it was a proper fit or not. When we looked at a property that had issues, she was the first to tell me if it was right or not......so much that when she found my home, I made an offer based on the video she made and her recommendation. Sight unseen, a decade later, I am still in love with my family's home and still seek her counsil with any real estate questions. I will be happy to have a conversation with anyone about Frances. Francis made selling this house much easier than I expected. Selling a house is always challenging but her knowledge and experience really smoothed over some pain points. Francis helped us make some great decisions about staging the house and making cosmetic repairs that I feel made it sell quicker and at a higher price than I had expected. It was our first home buying process. We didn't know anything about homebuying such as hunting, loan, inspection, closing process etc. But, she was very efficient and patient with us.
