Frances was recommended to us through a friend. After meeting her, its not hard to understand why she has been in the business for so long. She made her self available for to us at all times. She didn't just sit back after putting our place on the market and let other agents do the selling, she was very active in trying to do everything she could do to sell our property. She was constantly in touch with us letting us know what she was doing to market our property. Even though the market had slowed down, she was able to sell our property in a short time and get good market value for our home. We were very pleased with her as our agent and will be recommending her to our friends in the future.

I want to share with you the pleasure of working with Frances Knox. As I came to know Frances (it was she who tracked me down), I was trying to sell a property that had proven difficult. At that point three different realtors had tried and failed. When I began working with Frances I quickly began to suspect I had gotten lucky. Frances was upbeat, methodical, persistent and tenacious. She actually seemed to enjoy a challenge. I came to call her my “bird dog”. She could flush the bushes and find the bird. Along the way she was courteous, professional and thorough. Together we have been successful in selling a difficult property. I could not ask for better. I’ve never endorsed a realtor before, and I won’t have to as long as I have Frances to work with.
