Working with Gale was an awesome experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows the Florida market like the back of her hand. She is responsive and definitely puts in 110% to help you. Gale helped me negotiate with the seller to put on a new roof and went above and beyond to even have a roofing company give her an estimate to give to the seller. Gale seems to have a reliable contact for every aspect of the home buying processes: from financing to insurance to home inspectors. I seriously doubt that I could have found a better realtor than Gale Kohler.

I've known Alan for a few years through our athletic endeavors and this was the first time selling a house. I went straight to Alan as I knew he was motivated and would be persistent and get my house sold. We went back and forth a few times on what was the best course of action to sell and I ended up doing some remodeling and other jobs to make the house more marketable. Alan stood by my decision and even helped stage my house for me when the time came as well as complete some house projects himself. He was always willing to reach out for contacts to help with tasks if i needed projects completed.

Couldn't say enough good things about Marci! Competent, professional, easy going, friendly; she genuinely invites you into her life and almost becomes a part of the family through the buying and/or selling process. We communicated so often that our young kids (ages 2 and 3) would frequently call out "Marci!" whenever my cell phone would ring. Marci helped us both sell our home for top market value (which was under contract within 1 week of listing) and buy our amazing new home in the exact neighborhood we needed for our desired school district, closing on both properties simultaneously within a matter of weeks. I cannot say enough positive things about Danielle. We had a wonderful experience working with her to buy and sell our last home. She was extremely patient with us as we narrowed down our home search to the perfect Lake Mary neighborhood. With her advice we found the best house for us at a great price. Unfortunately, after only two years we were forced to relocate out of state for work. Danielle helped us quickly get our house on the market (in the middle of a pandemic).
