Wow!! Handled the sale and purchase of new home. All done above and beyond call of duty. Got great concessions on both dealings . In fact other realtors commented that they havent seen/heard of such conceesions esp in today's market. Don't shop around just call her to get started for you too!!!

Leslie Rivera helped me buy my beautiful new condominium in Florida. It was a pleasure and joy to work with her! I clicked on a Realtor.com link inquiring about a listing I fell in love with and Leslie answered. The condominium was a bit over my price range. As a first-time buyer at age 66, I was nervous about the entire process. Leslie explained all the steps ~ prequalify for a mortgage, proof of funds, and the things to consider about the buying process in her gentle, competent, and kind manner. She recommended competent, efficient and relatable people ~ the appraiser, mortgage broker, and title company. I was outbid on the first condominium I saw by a cash offer that came in higher than mine after the seller verbally accepted my bid but before they signed the contract. Leslie handled delivering that news of a lost bid directly, clearly and swiftly. In fact, Leslie responded immediately to every one of my texts, calls or emails throughout the process. The day after I was outbid, I found a new listing for a condominium I liked even better on Realtor.com at 10:42 pm. I texted Leslie to put a bid in on it. She sent the bid in bright and early the next morning. My bid was accepted later that day. I closed 27 days later. My closing took less than 50 minutes. I will add it was a remote purchase ~ I didn’t see the condominium physically until the walkthrough an hour before the closing and going to the title company to sign the papers. It was a foreign seller. I am self employed and have an unusual job. Plus, the seller’s broker didn’t bother to show up at the closing so there were no keys to give me. Leslie worked rapidly through every situation and problem. Leslie Rivera handled all the obstacles, impediments and interruptions with alacrity and aplomb in a direct, forthright manner. I’d recommend Leslie Rivera with a thousand stars if I could. Leslie did a terrific job for me! I am sure she will do a fantastic job for you too!

Cathy is an excellent realtor. She evaluated my home and surrounding neighborhoods and offered advice as to when to put my home on the market, how to stage it and when to conduct an open house. I cannot even begin to describe our experience with Jeremy. We were sent his way from a friend who just bought a home with him. Not only was he knowledgeable, but was able to make sure we understood everything as new home buyers and comfortable along the way. We never had to wait for a response as he was readily available to the point we felt so spoiled. He showed us homes in our budget and also sifted through many to find ones that fit our needs. He was in our corner and on top of EVERYTHING. The home buying process is expected to be stressful, but with Jeremy so much weight was taken off of us even though he didn’t have to. There is no comparison in his service and attention. The recommendations will constantly come from us because we got our dream home with Jeremy’s guidance.

Jean took the time to walk us through each part of the process so that we could make the best decisions in our sale. He was always happy to answer my questions (and I had many).
